The main effect of this procedure is not only a feeling of maximum relaxation and vitality, but also healthy and smooth skin. The healing effect of hemp oil is combined with traditional Thai oil massage techniques, based on stimulating acupressure points and stretching stiff muscles. The therapist focuses first on the relaxation of the lower limbs, then the back muscles and spine, and then performs a massage of the upper limbs. The procedure ends with a very relaxing and stress-relieving head and face massage. During the massage, the body is maximally relaxed; fatigue and pain are eliminated. You will feel fresh and full of vitality.

Step by step
- We recommend using disposable underwear or being completely naked. You can keep your underwear, but we cannot guarantee that it will not be soiled.
- To ladies, for greater comfort, we recommend taking off their bra.
- When you are ready to start the massage, place your chest on the massage table and cover the intimate areas with a towel.
- At the end of the massage, we will stretch you briefly as in yoga.
- After the massage, we recommend leaving the oil for some time to be absorbed and not taking a shower. If necessary, wipe off excess oil in a towel.
- On request, it is possible to use balm (herbal warming ointment) on stiff areas.

- We obtain virgin hemp oil only from proven Czech suppliers
- Choose the intensity of the massage at the reception and adjust it to your needs during the massage by communicating with the masseuse.
- Ideally, do not eat at least an hour before the massage.
- We do not use hot herbs during this massage.
