Children are welcome, but the hotel is designed mainly for adult guests. Volcano Health Club (fitness and wellness) is open to guests aged 18 and over. Small dogs up to 5 kg can stay for a surcharge of 500 CZK per night.

Volcano Health Club & Spa
The 1,700 m² wellness and fitness club is in the same building. Finnish sauna with a cold plunge pool, steam bath, infrared sauna, whirlpool, relaxation zone, Thai massages and a modern Technogym fitness centre. Guests in DeLuxe rooms have unlimited wellness access included for their whole stay.

This year we created a hotel garden full of greenery for our guests, directly connected to the nature of the Prokopské údolí valley. Guests loved it from the very first summer: they come here with a book, to sit outside or to take a quiet walk. It is also much appreciated by guests who are recovering during their stay.

Arrival and departure
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm (15:00).
What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 11:00 am.
Is early check-in possible?
Early check-in is possible for a fee of 750 CZK, subject to room availability.
Is late check-out possible?
Late check-out is possible for a fee of 750 CZK, until 2:00 pm (14:00) at the latest. A later departure is charged as a full extra night.
When is the reception open?
The hotel reception is open daily from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm (6:30–22:00). If you arrive later, we can leave your key in a self-service key safe by prior arrangement.
What if I arrive after 10:00 pm (after the reception closes)?
Late check-in after 10:00 pm is possible by prior arrangement. We use a self-service key safe. Please let the reception know about your late arrival in advance by e-mail at recepce@volcanocomplex.cz or by phone at +420 725 755 745.
Rooms
What is the difference between a Superior and a DeLuxe room?
DeLuxe rooms are the higher category. They are larger (35–40 m² compared with 20 m²) and have more modern furnishings, better equipment and extras such as a bathrobe, slippers and a coffee and tea set. Unlimited wellness access is included in the price.
Is wellness included in the price of a DeLuxe room?
Yes. Unlimited wellness access is included in the price of all DeLuxe rooms.
Can I stay with a dog?
Yes, small dogs up to 5 kg are welcome. The surcharge is 500 CZK per night.
Can I stay with children?
Yes, children are welcome and you can stay with them. Please note, however, that the hotel is designed primarily for adult guests, and for safety and relaxation reasons entry to the Volcano Health Club areas (fitness and wellness) is only permitted from the age of 18.
Can hotel guests use the garden?
Yes. The hotel garden, full of greenery and directly connected to the nature of the Prokopské údolí valley, is open to hotel guests – for sitting outside, reading or a quiet walk.
Is there a lift, and is the hotel barrier-free?
The hotel floor is easily accessible by lift. However, the hotel has no rooms or bathrooms specially adapted for wheelchair users, and there may be a step between individual parts of the hotel.

Can I pay in euros?
You can pay for accommodation in euros. Prices are converted at the current hotel exchange rate.
Breakfast and room service
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 10:30 at weekends.
Is breakfast included in the room price?
When booking, you can choose a stay including a rich buffet breakfast, or buy breakfast on site for 350 CZK (15 EUR) per person. It is served Mon–Fri 7:00–10:00 and Sat–Sun 8:00–10:30.
Is room service available?
Yes, dishes from our Grill House restaurant can be delivered straight to your room for a fee of 50 CZK (available during the restaurant’s opening hours, 7:00–22:00).
Parking and getting here
How much is parking?
Parking costs 350 CZK per night. It is free for guests who book their stay directly on our website.
Do I need to reserve parking?
No, you do not need to reserve parking.
Which metro station is closest?
There are two metro stations on line B near the hotel: Nové Butovice and Hůrka.
How long does it take to get to the centre of Prague?
Public transport takes about 20 minutes to the city centre.
Wellness and fitness
When is the wellness area open?
The wellness area is open daily from 9:00 to 22:00, on Mondays from 12:00.
When is the fitness centre open?
The fitness centre is open from 7:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 22:00 at weekends.
How much is entry to the wellness and fitness areas?
Entry to Volcano Health Club costs 990 CZK. The price includes unlimited time in the fitness centre and 120 minutes in the wellness area. Guests in DeLuxe rooms have unlimited access included in their stay.
Do I need to book the wellness area?
Yes, because of limited capacity a reservation is required.
How does wellness booking work for hotel guests?
Guests staying in DeLuxe rooms have wellness access included in the price. For your maximum comfort and to keep within capacity, we recommend booking your preferred times in advance when you book your stay, or at the reception on arrival, where we guarantee you priority capacity.
What does the wellness area include?
The wellness area has a Finnish sauna with a cold plunge pool, a steam bath, an infrared sauna and a whirlpool.
Is the wellness area private?
No, the wellness area is shared by all guests.
