Job description
* Reception Desk
* Night 12-hour shifts
* Check-in and check-out, guest services bill
* Close cooperation with department. reservations
* Responsibility for cash and non-cash operations at the reception
* Answering phone calls, handling messages to clients and co-workers
* Record and update all data in the Members’ Hotel Program
* Organization of indoor services
* Record all requirements and wishes of guests and ensure their fulfillment in the required quality
We require:
* Advanced knowledge of AJ (daily use), another language advantage
* Previous experience on a similar position is an advantage
* Willingness to work on weekdays and weekends
* Pleasant attitude and pro-customer approach
* Reliability, flexibility
