We offer you 3 conference rooms MEGATA, FUJI and ZAO. For more information about our conference facilities, please see below.
These are unique spaces for your business meetings, seminars, conferences, trainings, meetings, presentations or workshops.
- Rental of conference rooms (capacity max. 60,14 and 8 seats).
- Conference rooms are fully equipped with modern audiovisual equipment (data projector, projection screen, flipchart, sound system, wireless microphone, presenter, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc.).
- A wide selection of coffee breaks and high-level catering services at Volcano Grill House.
- Accompanying programmes are available in our wellness and fitness club.
- Creation of a program according to your individual requirements.
- Free parking with the possibility of charging the electric car
Meeting room I - Megata
Our largest conference room, MEGATA, is located on the 1st floor of the Volcano Complex. It includes a foyer where we serve coffee breaks. From the foyer, a staircase leads directly to the restaurant and the garden.
On 66m², Megata offers a maximum capacity of 60 people in theatre style or 43 in school style.
Meeting room II - Fuji
The FUJI conference room is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. There is a coffee break area, which can be served in the garden in good weather.
Fuji offers a maximum capacity of 14 people on 35m² in a U-shape layout or 12 in a school layout.
Meeting room III - Zao
Our smallest conference room is ideal for smaller private meetings or as a temporary office.
Zao has an area of 21m² and comfortably seats 8 people. There is a 65-inch 4K TV for presentations, fast internet. There is a minibar with refreshing drinks.
Coffee breaks
Our cooking team will prepare a finger food for your meeting. Portions are packaged individually (see photo) with a view to maintaining the freshness of the dishes.
Canapés, baguettes, Swedish bread, single-serving vegetable and fruit salads, desserts. We are flexible in our offer with a desire to meet the client’s wishes as much as possible.
Orders are accepted 3 days before the planned event, for shorter dates by telephone agreement.
